Default A few good programs

So i thought it would be a good idea for people to list free programs they know are helpful in removing virus, spyware and keeping your pc running good, so here are a few i know of.
Firstly a great defrag program that is quick and free also if you are vista you know the defrag sucks so try this http://www.auslogics.com/en/software/disk-defrag its free
now for a very good spyware killer it catches things other programs cant find http://www.malwarebytes.org/ again its free
Another great free anti spyware program http://www.superantispyware.com/ there is a free version and a paid for version the paid for version offers real time detection.
CCleaner is a freeware system optimization, privacy and cleaning tool well worth checking out
http://www.ccleaner.com/
A great anti virus is AVG and there is a free version http://free.avg.com/download-avg-anti-v ... n_free_670
If you have a pc that is barely capable of runing your games then give this ago gamebooster
http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html

All the above work on most operating systems including vista 64.

Dont skimp on a power supply,if it fails, it usually takes out other components alongside it.
