Default Registery problem, access denied

I noticed a strange thing quite a while ago, but didn't care, but now, that I'm installing programs and some are bugging me of that, and idk what to do, I came to ask here.
Well, my registery is somehow and somewhere denied, I have 2 examples,
1. Winxp manager - at changing startup options:

2.Installing AVG anti-virus, error.

What should I do? I am quite a newbie in registery, so if it's possible, explain it in detail.
Thanks

Most likely your computer is infected or operating system is corrup. You should follow the steps here and post both logs back here.

You can use Dial-A-Fix to check and reset the policies on the PC. While you should also scan the system with some good antimalware (NOD32, MSE, Malwarebytes) but this will let you know right away how much of an issue you have. I don't recommend running most of the other fixes in Dial-A-Fix since the program hasn't been update in about 2 years.
