With that you have plenty of room to upgrade gpu in the future, and ride on integrated until then. HD3200 are pretty good as far as integrated graphics are concerned.

It seems like this setup you have here is far from its potential maybe save 200-300 and you can get an even better setup.

Antec 300 Case

Sata Dvd Burner

Rocketfish 500watt Modular Power Supply

Nvidia 8600gt 512mb DDR3 Or Maybe A 8800Gt 512mb DDR3

So its Not Bad I Guess For A $300-$350 pc.
