Talking unoriginal title: can you advise on parts?

-first thank you kindly for helping me out.
-i've read the reviews that i could find, and will be searching for more information on indiv parts as it goes; possibly updating as well.
-kindly advise on parts / combinations and such .
- im thinking of putting vista 64 bit + linux on this.

-probably not the best place to ask this, but anyone knows if linux supports dual video cards these days?

That PSU is a complete overkill. To spend $400 on that thing would be just like trowing money out your car window. A pair of ATI 4890 cards will run just fine on something 750w - 850w. You could spend half of that and have no issues.

Here is an 850w Corsair modular PSU for $200.
