Newegg and zipzoomfly are both like the gods of computer parts stores. Except for modding supplies that is..

My Antec 900 came with a busted Plexiglas side from Newegg once. This was because of UPS not Newegg themselves mind you.
I got in touch with Live Chat to Newegg within 10 minutes I had a FREE shipping label and 3 days later I had another case in perfect condition. I just had them charge a 2nd case to my CC to ship it same day. Then they gave me credit back 5 days after for the first one. Shipping was free both ways as well. I also bought the case during their $60 + FS thing last Christmas ^-^ Newegg as long as you treat them with some dignity and respect will always help you out.
