Default Buying Cases off Newegg, Should I?

So I just bought a Cooler Master ATCS 840 case off Amazon and the first one was damaged (dented), the second was dented and one of the feet was broken off. Both of them were shipped in the manufactures packaging. So Amazon basically told me that I should buy my case else where as they are afraid that I might get another bad case.

SO should I buy it from Newegg? How do they package their cases? Do they include extra packaging? Is it worth the extra $20 for shipping though Newegg for an already $200 case?

Newegg ships in the manufacturers box. Although if your worried about shipping costs, wait til the case goes to free shipping or get a case that has free shipping currently.

what about their return policy? if it is damaged will they exchange it and not charge you shipping?

When I got my Coolermaster 690 from Newegg it arrived in perfect condition. It was in the original box and then inside another brown cardboard box. Between the two boxes was a layer of black foam. You could have thrown this thing out of a truck and I think it would have been fine. It was packaged very nicely.

I don't know if this is how it would have came from anywhere else but my case from the Egg was perfect

Newegg return policy is great...the $20 extra dollars would be worth it to me.

Newegg is the best website to order they take very good care of the stuff that ship and if not it's not there fault it's the manufactures. Newegg has the best consumer service I've ever seen when it come to returns and such. Yes you will have to pay for shipping if you have to send it back but 99% of the time your Item will be in perfect condition.
