Hey all

just one irritating problem one of my pcs been having. I had it too, but i removed it with a quick scan of MBAM.
It's when all of your icons look like this

You cannot change your wallpaper and when you refresh it takes about 5-10 secs to refresh. it's kinda laggy. the infected key in my PC from MBAM was

so i scanned the infected pc with MBAM but it couldn't find anything even though i updated it.

any ideas ?
