I have a Toshiba Satellite A300 laptop which is running the Chicony 2.0 USB webcam driver on Windows Vista.
I simply want to be able to take a photo after a timer delay. Eg click a button, a timer starts, then the application snaps a photo from the webcam and stores the picture to a folder on my hard drive. It sounds so simple but I have been searching the web for hours trying to find some free software to accomplish this but with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?? |

You'd have to find some third party software with that feature. I think that this software would allow you to do that:
