Question 80+ processes running, what gives??? help :(

alright, so i've built a new rig, installed VISTA 64 ULTIMATE along with a heap of programs / games that i use and now i have approx 80 processes running when i do a fresh boot this is not cool

i have run CC Cleaner, spybot, adaware and come up with no major problems.
have also gone into msconfig (and the one in cc cleaner) and removed any programs i felt unecessary but still, have approx 80 processes. i even have 12 svchost running and no idea why.

here is a pic of windows task manager - can you see anything mega strange or suggest stuff that i don't need please???
