and now it runs at 47 celcius probbaly 51 with like 8 programs runnin

To stresss test it use Prime 95. That way you know its stable.

ok whoa ya my CPU WAS AT 100% the whole time and got up to 53 celcius is this bad

sounds good. 53 load and 46 idle is still low enough for you to overclock a bit more. I would stop after load goes to 60c though.

1. Its supposed to be 100% -- thats the point
2. 53C is not bad at all
