what is the best mp3 play you have used

IMO for streaming media RealPlayer gives the best quality (at the same bandwith). But for playing mp3 files all players are fine, the choice is just upon preferences.

windows media player for speakers (more bass and comes out of all speakers) and winamp for headphones

I use Media Player Classic. Small, simple, great sound. It relays more on your soundcard and such, but if you have a good sound system, it does wonders. It also has options for 24 and 32bit sound output which really helps if your card can handle it.
