Default Foxconn 650M02-G-6L beeps

I got new Foxconn 650M02-G-6L board. I just put a new Celeron 2.0 Ghz (400fsb) cpu in. I get one continuous beep and I can't find anything on the website about it. Any help greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just looked in the FAQ section and it seems it's my memory.

hmmm, try resetting the cmos. you could also try reseating your ram and addin cards too.... otherwise it might be an error tone being generated by the motherboard to say that the cpu isn't functioning
