Default Boot from LAN??

My laptop has a boot option in BIOS called "Boot from LAN". I know that it's for booting and loading OS from LAN, but how to set it up? I am very interested in this, can someone share ur knowledge with us, Thanks very much~~

I believe you would need to have a server up and running, also some soft of networking software like Novell or something installed...
