I am trying to find out what is wrong with my buddy's computer and would appreciate any help. From what I have seen he cannot install new antivirus software and when he runs Norton scan nothing happens. I tried to put MBAM on, it installed fine, but will not actually run. I was able to run HJT and here is the log:
