Default ram or video card

ok guys since my b day is comming up, should i get 1GB or get 512 of ram and a new PS/video card? I have a dell deim 8200, and i play DAoC

Well, that completely depends on what you have right now in your computer, and what you want to do with it... Also, it depends on how much money you are getting for your birthday...

I would proberly take the option with the video card IF that video card is alot better then what you have now.

I'd go with that video card... I got the same exact deal from newegg, and I've had the card for about 4 weeks now and am absolutely LOVING IT!!! Guild Wars looks awesome, as well as Star Wars Republic Commando, Battlefront and various other sweet games...

(P.S. mine was an upgrade from a GeForce 2 mx4000... low end of the 2's even...)

I can top that. I upgraded from an S3 Savage 4, to a Geforce FX 5700le. I'm still drooling from the upgrade...

S423 Pentium 4 1.3Ghz, 4x256 16-bit RIMM RAM, 32MB TNT2 video card. I think it may be time to upgrade...

The upgrade! My machine will soon be a 939 X2 4000+, 4x512 DDR400, and an 8600GTS.
