Need advice on $500 build
I am looking at building my dad a computer. All he does is surf the net and play hearts. He has a monitor a keyboard and mouse. He wants to use his xp for os. Can I build one for $500 or should I just have him get a dell. Any advice on parts would be great. Thanks in advance.
