Default ram

if the ram is the same Speed but the timings are different will they work together?

Possibly, both will just run the same timings as the slowest one. But it also depends on the motherboard. OEM machines tend to be picky on memory, especially HP and Compaq.

well i have an asrock is that a picky board i have g-skill in it right now

Just order the same one again. Usually a custom build motherboard won't be too picky about the ram being used. I was mainly talking about OEM machines like HP and Compaq.
