Default HELP! powersupply for PNY 9600GT

not sure how many V rail is this one

do you guys think this power supply is able to power up the PNY 9600GT. i am trying to upgrade the sony PCV-C42L.

i am doing this for my friends, currently i lack the adaptor to connect his comp to my monitor so i couldn't see his specifications. i believe it should be a Pentium 4, it has 2GBs of rams pc3200U ram, window xp media edition. do you guys think this power supply can do the job? i am trying to upgrade from 300Wat to this 630Wat.

or maybe this one? this is a 400Watt
