Hi I need this pic cleaned up and zoomed in on the black car's lieance plate number b/c they just poped my friends tire and i was wondering how i do this and or if someone could do it?

Looks like a virus to me why can't you just post the picture why do we need to download it.

Flickr is free and is what I use but there is a lot of free sites but flickr is my favorite but if you don't have a yahoo e-mail you will have to create one. Or just use this http://search.mindspark.com/results....scastle.net%2F for quick uploads.
