Default Virus disabling Avast, Defender etc.

Earler i was searching for an eBook and clicked on TorrentReactor to see if it was half decent. My computer froze, Avast saw something, Install.exe tried to install thrice (and i declined each time) Now, i'm not sure if the Windows Defender i saw was not really the Real one.

Heres a basic timeline

1. Go to website
2. Firefox Freezes
3. Avast says 'Install.exe detected', says its a 'Dropper'
4. Avast dies
5. Starting a MalwareBytes scan
6. Windows Defender scanning System32 (without me asking it to scan)
7. Install.exe tries to install 3 times, declined each time
8. Came to Computerforum

MalwareBytes is still scanning, but i dont know if it's compromised. Here is my HijackThis log. It'd be much appreciated if someone would take a look at this. Also, if someone can quote me (in case my passwords are compromised), that'd also be appreciated. Thanks guys!

You have some issues, waiting on your malwarebytes log and a fresh hijackthis scan after malwarebytes runs.

Problem is, Install.exe is still trying to install!

Tried to run HijackThis, heres the error. Didn't happen last time

For some reason your system denied write access to the Hosts file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, HijackThis may not be able to fix this.

If that happens, you need to edit the file yourself. To do this, click Start, Run, and type:

notepad C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

and press Enter. Find the line(s) HijackThis reports and delete them. Save the file as 'hosts' (with quotes), and reboot.

For Vista: simply, exit HijackThis, right click on the HijackThis icon, choose 'Run as administrator'.

I rightclicked, ran as administrator, and thats what came up. Heres the log anyway (Next post) and pardon the spelling mistakes, i had to type that out

My friend, that is a brand new scan. I scanned, log came up, copy, paste, rinse, repeat.

Edit: Unless its being completely stupid, which it was during the scan. And hold on, Defender is trying to remove the new thing that just popped up. I'll edit my old post with a new scan.

Edit 2: And no offense, but I'm going to wait for a Moderator or Admin before i start taking action with my system, nothing against you! Just my safest route.

Edit 3: It keeps giving me the same HijackThis log.

Edit 4: I've disabled the internet connection on that computer, as various Virus Databases say it steals passwords, and keylogs.
