In certain router settings, what does checking "Filter proxy" do? Block access to anyone using a known proxy, or does it just forbid known proxy sites/programs from being used by you?
Or does it do the opposite and allow that?

It would make sense to me that it does not allow anyone to connect to you via a proxy.
