Bsod problem due to reliance lxu 800 usb modem...

hi last week i got new reliance connection ..two days later i m getting blue screen (bsod) with error code 0x000000c5 i ll be working in my computer & suddenly it appers in between ....later i have to restart the computer to resume back...some times it occurs even wen i m not working in the comp but comp is on...downloading....


i ran F9 test , result passed no errors ....i reinstalled windows xp sp3.......F10 bios defualt set up also done.....but still i was getting the bsod screen with same stop code....later i ran driver verifier test...then it showed someother errors with bsod screen with a different stop code, 0x000000d1 related to reliance usb modem lxu800 drivers(lxu800m.sys)....it has got 3 different drivers ....which r unsinged drivers .... but now i m gettin again same stop error code 0x000000c5 on a bsod.... so now some body can u help me in solving this problem please.....it has become really annoyin... if u can give some solution to this i ll b grateful to u....
