Smile Creating Partitions on Windows Vista x64

Hello everyone. I am new to computer forum and i have used this place for help and i know there are alot of smart techies on here so nice to meet you all.

Ok for my problem i recently got my computer reformatted at Computer Trends and when they reinstalled windows they only put one 300gb partition on it. I would like to switch that to about 50gb for the os and 250gb for everything else.

What program do you recommend to create and resize partitions for Windows Vista x64 edtition.

thanks in Advance
