Error: control panal

I've got windows xp home and when i click on the control panal, my desktop goes blank eccept for my wallpaper then every thing comes back. I cant get to my control panal.HELP!!!

I would try reinstalling XP

Might be some kind of malware. Try the steps in the sticky.

check for spyware, or any bad sectors in ur PC, by establishing a new check for all sectors in ur system.

Don't forget to delete your temp files and reboot.
