Exclamation Hard Drive format?

Hi, i have two hard drives in my Dell computer.. one is 160gb and the other is 80gb.. my main Dell hard drive is currently cut in half one is the back up drive and my main but the thing is my main is way to small and my dell restore partition is screwed all i want to do it format the full hard drive so i can get the full gb's not half.. so basically merge it into one full hard drive how would i do that?
