This is a 500W when the CORSAIR 450 costs more.. i assume the CORSAIR is better?

consair 450W is manufactured by seasonic ...

Internal design may be different, but seasonic is quality brand anyway.

Seasonic is a quality brand, but you can get more for cheaper tbh with something that has enhance internals like the xclio.
