Default Advent ADE-210F Speakers HELP!

Hey, I brought Advent ADE-210F 2.1 Speakers and sound box a few months ago, and, ever since I brought it I get this EXTREMELY loud buzzing noise.

Usually, I'll have my speakers on for 3 to 4 hours a day, and when I shut down my computer to go to sleep all I hear is a painfully loud buzzing sound comming from them. It forces me to unplug the speakers from my plug socket and computer, and it's so annoying having to do this all the bloody time!

PS. I can hear the god damn buzzing noise now and I'm going insane. Help me, what's causing it?

Regards
