Default Switch Programme Data from C to D

I have an Acer Laptop with the drive partitioned in C & D - C has become full.
I have changed the location of all my documents and photos and music to D by using the location tag in properties.
C is still pretty full with 46 GB free on D.
What else could I transfer over?
For example could I transfer Programe Data from C to D.
Thanks
