I have a Asus laptop 3gb with Windows Vista 64-bit and I wanted to know what is the best photo editing program out there that supports 64-bit Vista (besides photoshop) and has a convenient price no more than $40 that gives no problem installing regarding too much memory space required??

Second that. I'm used to Photoshop so I don't quite know where everything i in Gimp, but about anything I do in Photoshop can be done in GIMP.

if you're a student, you can get really good deals on photoshop cs4. i think it's less than 100 bucks now.
