Question Best Photo Editing Program...

I have a Asus laptop 3gb with Windows Vista 64-bit and I wanted to know what is the best photo editing program out there that supports 64-bit Vista (besides photoshop) and has a convenient price no more than $40 that gives no problem installing regarding too much memory space required??

Second that. I'm used to Photoshop so I don't quite know where everything i in Gimp, but about anything I do in Photoshop can be done in GIMP.

As you're the Admin of the site you're linking to, it seems your interest is advertising your site rather than program comparison. One vote for Photoshop and one vote for Paint, hardly a comparison.

Go for Gimp as an alternative.
