Talking Buying A New Laptop

My friend is buying a new laptop and I'm trying to find him a good deal.

The main problem I'm having is finding a non gloss screen. Dell screens seem to only come in gloss, at least for the models that I have been looking at.

Right now I think I've found the perfect laptop for him. It's a Toshiba and the specs are as follows:

Processor: Core 2 Duo processor T6500 (2.1GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB)

Graphics Card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 (512MB)

Memory: 4GB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz SDRAM (2048MBx2)

Hark Disk Drive: 500GB HDD (5400rpm)

Battery: Lithium Ion battery (6-Cell, 4000mAh)

Display: 17.3" Widescreen (HD+ TruBrite® LED Backlit display)

It comes to US$745.25 with free shipping.

Seems the perfect laptop. Should be good for gaming (for that price anyway).

However I can't find much info about HD+ TruBrite screens. Are they glossy?

Basically what I need to know is:

1. What can you tell me about HD+ TruBrite screens?

2. What do you think about the laptop in general?
You can try customizing it here http://www.toshibadirect.com/td/b2c/...to?poid=446408

3. Is it easy to order from Toshiba? My friend is having the laptop purchased in America and then bought over to India. Would the person buying it need to create an account themselves? Or could I make an account, add the laptop to the cart and the guy in America just log in, pay for it and get it shipped to his address?

Thanks

Ok, I was afraid of that. However I don't think I have any non glossy options.

What do you think about the laptop in general. Could I get a better deal somewhere?

Kesava, it also depends on what your friend is looking for in their laptop. Will the laptop be used for work or is it more for personal use (watching films, playing games, music etc)?

For sub $750 its a pretty decently specced machine.

I decided on getting the laptop in my first post and my friend bought it. It's sitting in front of me right now as I am setting it up for him.

It looks too "plasticy" for my liking. But still is quite a smooth and nice design.
