got an issue with my satellite that im not sure how to fix...the log in pass word has been changed (either i did it and forgot or the vindictive ex wife did it because she is the vindictive ex wife)...either way i have no idea what the password is and i need to figure out a way to disable it or at least change it. for the time being i can log in using my fingerprint reader...but considering recent luck im bound to lose that finger soon!!! please help!!!

if your vindictive partner has changed it then there are very few things you can do mate... you may have to copy the data making it secondary and format it...
