Default Changing Timings in BIOS( Noob)

Hi, I just bought
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145226

from Newegg and got it, installed it, and through reading the reviews, understand that I need to change the timings in my bios, right now they're 5-5-5-18 with a CAS Latency of 5, but when I go into the BIOS and tweak the memory, I can't get a boot. Can anyone PLEASE tell me where/what I am supposed to do in the BIOS to get this memory working at it's appropriate timing. I apologize for my newbness. Thankyou.

To run at 4-4-4-12 you need to set the voltage to 2.1.

Yeah the memory probably booted at JEDEC standards (1.8V) which will kick it down to 5-5-5-15. To run at the advertised speed of 4-4-4-12 it need 2.1V
