Default 3 cpus, which one is best?

I'm buying a new cheap laptop and have found 3 alternatives. The main difference is the cpu so I was wondering which one of them is best. Just for the record, the third one comes with 1 GB extra memory (3 instead of 2) and the first one comes with a 250 hard drive instead of 160.
