Default Cooler Master Elite 335 Upgrade

On tight budget atm using a case with a 80mm rear exhaust fan + the 120mm psu fan and a 80mm front fan to suck in air. The problem is I have overclocked my Ati 4830 which now makes more heat and my motherboard is sitting at 35-42C on idle. My question is will this case having 2x 120mm fans make a big difference im unsure and my case will not take 120mm fans. (I cant modify my case to take 2x 120mm, I tryed) I do not feel safe my system being so hot and removing the side panel makes it hotter which is weird ??
