more air flow

ok heres my play my gona to cut the extra optical dive covers and put a fan there, do you guys think this will help with getting the air movin in my case?

whats a good fan i could put in there im think a 120mm will fit what do you guys think?

You need to bring cold air in the bottom and then exhaust out of the higher back. I think 2 x 120mm fans in the best way although I did what you did once and my cpu was cooler and it will make it slightly cooler.

Jaree, what eliot said is sort of right, that is the best setup to have in at bottom front, out at top rear, but in at front anywhere, out at back anywhere is a good set up still.

There is someone on here with the fan there where the drive should be, can't remember who now, think it might have been drityD who isn't here any more

. Regardless of who it was, a while ago i was talking to them about it because i was going to do it and they were saying they had huge temperature drops from when they had no fan to having one there.

120mm should fit so long as you have an atx case, mini, mid or full, any will fit it. If you can get a 140mm in there, all the better, then bigger the better.

If you can aswell if you don't already, stick a fan on the back sucking out to get air flow through the case with cool air in and the hot air being removed

well i dont have a fan yet to suck in air so the one fan on the back is bring in air

OMG i just took off thos two drive covers and my temps aready drop! they were around 46c and now they are at 36c!! that makes me happy

swap the back one around so it is an exhaust for the CPU and PSU (unless you have a case that has the PSU at the bottom, then just for the CPU)

Hey guys do you think a Cooler Master Elite 334 nvidia edition with 2 fans(front and rear) is going to have enough air flow for a gaming pc?
