Talking Cpu Bottleneck?

I am looking at a laptop which has an Intel T6500 2.1Ghz with 800Mhz FSB and 2Mb Cache.

I am wondering if I used that in conjunction with an ATI HD 4650, would it cause a bottleneck?

As far as I can tell, the HD 4650 is a pretty decent card for a laptop but I am thinking that a slower cpu such as the T6500 might cause a bottleneck.

Would this be a problem?
