I know it's not a great Lap Top BUT I just got it in a trade with some other stuff for some non Computer stuff I had..................So anyways, it's DVD tray won't open, neither by the button on the tray's face nor in "My Computer" by clicking "Eject" in the CD/DVD player there. Both ways will make it's light flash a fews times but it does not open....... IT does play DVD's though,,, just does not open on it's own so I have to use a paper clip to open it every time,,, what's the deal?
