Default fastest 1 TB HDD

I bought a 1 TB western digital caviar black and it was faulty so I had to RMA it. I got another faulty one back and RMA'd it again. Now they've come back saying their having problems getting me another caviar black and they can only get me a green or my money back. I'm getting my money back cus I just cant wait any longer and I don't want a caviar green.

So now my question is other than the Caviar black what is the fastest SATA 1TB hard drive? If possible could you give me a top three.
24/7 and raid versions are a plus but not needed.
price isn't too much of an issue as long as it's not some crazy 2000 buck 1 tb ssd or sumthin lol so like under $150-200 bucks shud be good

Thanks
and please no long explanations about WD's incompetence. I'm done with them and just want to know the fastest 1tb hard drive other than the caviar black.

I currently have a Seagate 7200.11 (ST31000340AS) it is filled up to about 92% capacity and it runs great. The performance is good and I have had no issues with it.

there shouldn't be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
