What phenom? If its a Phenom I its way overpriced, as that motherboard is only $75usd new, memory may be worth $50 usd at most.

If you are looking to sell on an enthusiast forum, its usually a good idea to charge less than retail, not considerably more.

Dont skimp on a power supply,if it fails, it usually takes out other components alongside it.
New? Dont forget to read the rules. Heatware

What im saying, is on newegg that stuff is less than $300 new, people here arent going to buy it at a price of $350.

Just giving a heads up that if you want to sell it you should lower prices....People here know what the stuff is worth.

Doesnt matter where you got it or what you paid for it. What only matters is what its worth.

Phenom I 9650 2.3ghz. - 110 bucks retail.
Asus AM2+ M3A78 - 80 bucks retail
Kingston 4x1 DDR2 800 - 75 bucks retail.

265 bucks new. To sell it used your going to have to drop the price.

like said above, just because you got ripped off, doesnt mean other people are dumb enough to overpay for it.
