Addams Family

Im trying to dowload itunes but nothing works. I click run it says it's downloading, then I click run again and nothing happens. I tried downloading it again, this time I clicked save. I have tried saving it to the desktop and nothing happened. I have gone to the support section of Apple and found nothing useful. I've done a search on my computer and itunes is nowhere to found, it never downloaded. What am I doing wrong, how can I download itunes?
