Does anyone know where I can get a replacement power cable for a
1230c Color Laser Printer?

It's from Dell right? Contact them for a new one.

Assuming you're referring to the Dell printer, it uses the same power connector as a standard desktop PC.

Check amazon too or ebay, lots of people will sell random parts like that.
