Hello if anyone can help me I would appreciate it, let me try and explain started when I went to check my email and it was in the inbox for maybe 1 minute then went away and can't be found then I get a notice saying I have more email and once again it disappears.
Any clue what it can be and how to fix it? Thank you!! |

What email are you using? Is it web based or are you using a an email client such as outlook express or something similar? You gave us so little information that we can't help you until you give us more.

I suppose it"s web based. It's his AT&T/SBCGLOBAL account. The issue occured while dealing with a Crigslist scammer. The issue also affects reading his email from his blackberry. It momentarily appears as it would on his desk top, then disappears after a couple of minutes. |

So you have to access their website to retrieve your email or do you use an email client? Have you ran virus/malware scans? It could be in issue with their website as well.
