Default I think I have A Virus Help!!!!

Hello if anyone can help me I would appreciate it, let me try and explain started when I went to check my email and it was in the inbox for maybe 1 minute then went away and can't be found then I get a notice saying I have more email and once again it disappears.

Any clue what it can be and how to fix it?

Thank you!!

What email are you using? Is it web based or are you using a an email client such as outlook express or something similar? You gave us so little information that we can't help you until you give us more.

I suppose it"s web based. It's his AT&T/SBCGLOBAL account. The issue occured while dealing with a Crigslist scammer. The issue also affects reading his email from his blackberry. It momentarily appears as it would on his desk top, then disappears after a couple of minutes.

So you have to access their website to retrieve your email or do you use an email client? Have you ran virus/malware scans? It could be in issue with their website as well.
