I want to perform a very simple task. I don't have or know any program that could do so, so please point me in the right direction.

I want that program to log onto my file server, copy [nameoffolder] and paste it in C drive of the local machine.
This program will do this every once a week.

any programs that can do this ? preferable freeware !!
