Need some help installing hd

hey so i jsut recently bought a western digital hard drive from newwgg, but it was oem

came with nothing, and i knew and thoguht i had the right cables but apparently not, i have the sata connecter(looks sorta like an L shape)

but then there is another power thingy insert on the hard drive and i have no idea what goes there, and none of the cables i have fit it

sorry for my lack of tech knowledge but yeah, please help

Which HDD was it? Some HDDs have SATA power and also a spot for a molex connector... this is meant to be an OR not an AND, but once we figure out which HDD you have we can help

Sounds like you just have Molex connectors on your power supply

If the drive only has a SATA power connector you need a SATA power connector adaptor
