I seem to be having a problem with the quick touch mute/unmute button. It seems to register mute and unmute on the actual computer but the light stays orange, and although the sound works fine with headphones, when i unplug them, the sound seems to be quite muffled (sort of seems like its just coming out of the subwoofer at the bottom of the laptop). Has anyone else experienced this problem?

you may need to check individual speaker levels.the subwoofer may be turned up higher than the main speakers.
