I used to transfer my pictures to my notebook by using card reader, once I plug it in, the 'scanner and camera wizard' will walk me through, but last time when I plug in the card reader, nothing happen, and I click the 'scanner and camera wizard' from the drop down list, it said that no camera or device has been deducted, pls help, thanks!

The card reader should show up as a computer drive. I'd first check it's even going that far... Go to My Computer (or Computer) and see if it's listed there. If it is, open it up and see if you can view your pictures.
