Default OCZ PSU Question

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-019-_-Product
I was thinking of buying this for my future build for my father. The only snag is I have never bought a multi-rail PSU since I heard they can be a problem.

I was going to get him the TX750w in my sig but this PSU is almost 50% cheaper which opens up more doors for the motherboard...limited budget

I am going to be powering
Phenom II x4 955 - going to be overclocking
GTX 260 216 core /ATI 4870 - not overclocking till he needs it. (not sure if I should go ATI for the AMD board)

I know it should power these light weights but I also want room to upgrade CPU/GPU if needed later on.He only plays WoW so I know the quad is overkill but he wants it and he is currently on a single core PC.

Also how do you add multi-rails to get the actual total amps? I know you don't just add the amps up. Also how do I keep load balance as to not overload anything?

Appreciate the help thanks fellas/ladies.
