Anyone been having issues with Creative drivers lately?

Ive tried older drivers....the latest windows 7 Beta drivers and still theres problems with my card.....audio is all messed up,i couldnt hear gun shots in cod 5...then i re-installed windows today fresh as it needed it anyway... and installed the beta drivers again and now i cant hear anything at all

Its doing my head in!...ive been through all the creative control panel settings and tried diffrent settings with no luck.

Speaker setup Logitech X-540....sound card is Creative X-Fi Xtreme Fidelity 7.1 (Pci)
