Win 98 clock and date bugs??

Hi, I need help for my damnit win 98 on my laptop.
everytime I open it, I have the choice to save the changes or not, and when im on my desktop, the year is always 1980! and not the good hour... have any idea how to fix this shit??

Have you updated the clock/date? If you did, and it changed back, you may have to change the clock battery in the computer, its attached to the motherboard on the destop, not sure where it is on a laptop.
