Default any good applications to monitor system status on dell server/pc?

wondered if theres any good (free) programs i could download to monitor the voltages of powersupply and check system status ...cpu useage, ram, cpu temps, ect....that i could install on my dell dimenson desktop?

have it set up with server 2003, don't know if that would matter regarding the programs anyone might suggest....

its an old pc, but got new hdd, ram, video card, cables, ect.

wondering about voltages and general system status...system monitor type program....

any leads/links/tips greatly appreciated, thanks for the time and help...
